The University Information Technology Help Desk is here to provide technical support to students, faculty, staff, retirees, alumni, and visitors with timely, professional answers to your computing and information technology questions! CloudLab - Remote Lab Access

CloudLab is now available! CloudLab is a platform that provides remote access to UNT's physical computer labs and virtual labs over the Internet. 

COVID-19 Response Updates

In an effort to keep our community healthy and safe, and to help reduce the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), UNT has limited in-person interaction at all locations. Additionally, UNT has mandated the use of face masks on-campus. Please see the support resources below: 


Support Hours

The University IT Help Desk is open beyond normal campus operating hours. Until further notice, the UIT Help Desk will be available the following hours:

Walk-in Hours:
Monday–Friday: 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. 

Phone, email, ticket, or chat support hours:
Monday–Friday: 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. 
Saturday & Sunday: : 11 a.m.– 3 p.m.
