Please plan for a significant IT service outage while critical updates are made to the ITSS Central Data Center starting on Saturday, January 18 at 8pm.
All impacted services will be available and restored by noon on Sunday, January 19. To see all impacted resources and services click here.
Please note that this outage will affect students, faculty and staff at UNT, UNT Dallas, UNT Health Science Center and UNT System Administration.

The University IT Help Desk is open beyond normal campus operating hours.
Monday–Thursday: 8 a.m.-midnight
Friday: 8 a.m.–8 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
Laptop Checkout: 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
Monday–Friday: 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
Summer Walk-In Hours: 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
