In an effort to keep our community healthy and safe, and to help reduce the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), UNT has canceled all in-person classes at all locations. The university has transitioned to online or alternative instructional delivery. Please see the support resources below:

The University Information Technology Help Desk is here to provide technical support to students, faculty, staff, retirees, alumni, and visitors with timely, professional answers to your computing and information technology questions! Contact the UIT Help Desk when you need assistance with password resets, new accounts, wireless, email or other computing problems.

New Support Hours

Until further notice, the UIT Help Desk will be available the following hours phone, email, ticket, or chat support: 
Sunday: 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Telephone Availability
