On the second stop of your Tech Tour, you will learn about the Account Management System and the EagleConnect Service to access your email.
Use the Account Management System to change your password and manage your account. All students and employees are issued an identification code called an Enterprise User Identification—along with a set-up process to establish a password. The EUID contains the user's initials and four numbers: e.g., xyz0001. The EUID provides electronic access to UNT information technology resources.
Students and employees can manage their EUID through the Account Management System. Items managed through AMS include: changing your password, verifying your email address, clearing an account lockout, and setting password-expiration notices.
IMPORTANT: EagleConnect is the official means of email communication between the university and you. Your EagleConnect email address is the ONLY email address where students and applicants to the university will receive electronic communication from admissions, professors, student services, financial aid and other offices with official correspondence that is important to your success at UNT.

Instructions to Install Microsoft© Office
Free Microsoft Office: Each EagleConnect account for an active student will be licensed with Microsoft© Office 365 subscription. It includes MS Office web apps, cloud storage for your coursework, and collaborative tools for working with classmates. Your Office 365 EagleConnect account also allows you to install Microsoft© Office on up to five desktop and mobile devices!
