Here you will learn about the University IT Help Desk. Located in Sage Hall on the third floor, you will find knowledgeable and friendly technicians ready to help you with your IT connectivity and access to online university services. Please call, click, or come in for assistance with information technology!

                               NOTE: The Help Desk staff members do not provide hardware repair.

Attention, research faculty and graduate students: please contact the Data Science and Analytics Office for data management assistance, visit High-Performance Computing for state-of-the-art computing, storage, visualization and networking assets and the Virtual Statistics Lab for software.

Until further notice, the UIT Help Desk will be available the following hours phone, email, ticket, or chat support:

Sunday: Closed
Monday–Thursday: 8 a.m.- 9 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m.– 3 p.m.
